We are proud to announce that zfxCON05 will be held on Saturday, 24th and Sunday,25th September 2005.

The venue for the conference is Schloss Hundisburg near Magdeburg. Further information regarding travel and accommodation is available here.



Call for Papers & Call for Participation

zfxCON is a conference hosted by the organization team of the ZFX Developer Community. This year's zfxCON05 conference will address all aspects of computer game development with special emphasis on support for the next generation of game developers, higher (and further) education involving game development, as well as research and development in computer games.
You are invited to contribute to this conference by submitting a paper or project. Submitted papers may be on any topic on game development which have not been published prior to the zfxCON05 conference (24th September 2005).
Please submit your draft paper in one of the following categories:

  • regular paper: 5-6 pages
  • extended paper: 9-10 pages
  • poster: short paper of 3-4 pages
  • project presentation: an extended abstract of 2 pages for inclusion in the conference proceedings
  • proposals for round-tables or panel discussions: 1 page abstract for inclusion in the conference proceedings
The submission deadline for papers and projects has passed. There may however still be the possibility to submit late projects. If you would like to present your game project, please contact the conference chair via email to Stefan.Zerbst@zfx.info.
